The weather's been so beautiful the past couple of days but since I'm always couped up in my office I don't often get the chance to enjoy the sunny so-cal weather. So when I got a call from Insa, who's been in town working over at the Rogue Status office/store in Venice Beach I could'nt pass heading over there to enjoy a bite by the beach.


It was nice catching up with him and hearing what he has in store for everyone. Hopefully, you'll be seeing another INSA x HELLZ collab soon.

I came out to NY for a feature on women's streetwear for Giant Magazine. Erin from MadeMe and Annie from Cubannie Links were in the feature with me... both of which are very awesome and talented ladies!!! Unfortunately, I didn't take any pics from the shoot so you'll have to wait for the issue to hit stands... I'll keep you posted for when it drops.
After the shoot, Annie and I went on a road trip headed toward Boston for the Karmaloop store opening and after party. Once again after settling into yet another hotel, I got my ass ready and off to the party.
Once I got to the party, which was at the most random chinese restaurant in China town, I swore I was in NY all over again... everyone was there!!!

Off to Vegas for a much needed vacay with my girls!!! I'd tell you all about my trip once I get back but you know what they say... whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Yves Saint Laurent passed away on Sunday at his home in Paris, after battling a long undisclosed illness. YSL hasn’t been in the public eye for a year. Yves Saint Laurent blew up the fashion scene at the age of 21, as a new designer at Christian Dior taking secession from Christian Dior himself. Instead of taking a breather from our sales in Los Angeles and San Diego, we packed our bags once again and headed northbound for San Francisco. It was a long and might I add... a lonnnnng drive but once we got there I took a deep inhale of the nice cool (yeah right... freezing was more like it) weather.


Right after settling into our hotel in Little Tokyo, we walked right over to Fatlace, where we were having our sale for the weekend. The Fatlace crew welcomed us and we got to work...


Later that evening we got a call from our girl, Dominique from Homeroom and headed over to a party they were throwing with Chuck Norris... yup that's right, Chuck Norris the martial arts guy, lol. No, unfortunately he didn't show but I got take home this lovely mask :)


The following 2 days were all a blur but all I remember is that the bay area has HELLA love for Hellz and vice versa. The turnout was amazing and we hope to be back there soon...
